A PICTURE PAINTS A THOUSAND WORDS

Sometimes it can be easier (and quicker!) to express thoughts and feelings using an image or metaphor rather than words. Using pictures as part of team check ins or team meetings can often reveal a lot of information in a relatively short space of time.

Asking each team member to choose an image in response to a question (e.g. “How does this team view its key stakeholders?”) allows everyone to express a perspective and get key data to unpick and work with.  

We’ve created a deck of 50 Team Coaching Picture Cards, each providing a picture and a team coaching question to encourage reflection and participation. They can be used in many ways including:
