We will follow the arc of The ART of Team Coaching Supervision – Align, Reveal, Transform. Align: will feature topics such as Safety, Vulnerability and Purpose. Exploring the many myths, mindsets and biases that exist within teams. The Reveal retreat; focuses on team dynamics and the games teams play and the Transform retreat explores moving beyond tools and techniques of working with teams and focuses on the who of you.
