– Scoping session with Head of L&D and key stakeholders to understand business context and current challenges
– Alignment with on-going internal Team Effectiveness programme that had been designed and delivered by L&D stakeholders themselves
– Recognition of key insight from previous sessions to build on from.
Stepping into the space of brilliance
Short thought provoking pre-work done individually in preparation for the team session. Sent in advance and focusing on the individual brilliance and needs of each team member.
A outdoor, 45 minute interactive and energising team session designed to provoke and stretch team thought and focus on simple steps to tap into hidden brilliance.
The L&D team created a deeper level of understanding of each other, with some amazing surprises of individuals’ brilliance.
They left with strong individual commitments to bringing their own brilliance to the team and a global picture of the brilliance available to them ensuring the experience lives beyond the session.
